A couple of years ago I got back into riding with a old Trek HT Mtn bike and soon remembered how much I enjoy riding as I did when I was a kid, I ride a for a few reasons one is my health the rest is its so darn fun to see what you can do weather it's some sweet single track or a long century ride.
